User Agreement

This User Agreement (hereinafter — the "Agreement") governs the relationship between Unistack Platform LLC (hereinafter — the "Administration") and the user of the Unistock service (hereinafter — the "User") when using the Unistock website and application.

1. General provisions

By using the Service, the User confirms agreement with the terms of this Agreement, the Public Offer, and the Privacy Policy. If the User does not agree with the terms, they must stop using the Service.

2. Registration and account

  • Access to the features requires registration via e-mail or a linked account.
  • The User is responsible for the security of their account credentials and for actions performed under their account.
  • One account is intended for one User; transferring access to third parties is not permitted.

3. Terms of use

  • The Service is provided "as is". The data is informational and analytical in nature and does not constitute individual investment advice.
  • Automated data collection, attempts to bypass access restrictions, and other bad-faith use of the Service are prohibited.
  • The Administration has the right to change the set of features and suspend access in case of violation of the Agreement.

4. Intellectual property

All materials of the Service, including analytical data, design, and source code, belong to the Administration and are protected by law. Use of materials without permission is not allowed.

5. Liability

The Administration is not liable for losses arising from investment or other decisions made by the User based on the Service's data, nor for interruptions in the Service's operation for reasons beyond the Administration's control.

6. Changes to terms

The Administration has the right to amend this Agreement. The current version is published on this page. Continued use of the Service means agreement with the changes.
