Public Offer

This document is an official offer (public offer) by Unistack Platform LLC, INN 7802950539, KPP 780201001, OGRN 1247800021204, registered address: 194017, Saint Petersburg, Udelny Ave, 5 letter A, room 12-n office 2 (hereinafter — the "Provider"), to enter into a paid services agreement on the terms set out below with any legally capable individual (hereinafter — the "User").

1. Subject of the agreement

The Provider grants the User access to the features of the Unistock service (hereinafter — the "Service"): analytics on Moscow Exchange instruments, trading strategy backtesting tools, a watchlist, and notifications (e-mail, browser, Telegram, and messengers) — on a subscription basis.

The Service is informational and analytical in nature and does not constitute individual investment advice. The Provider does not guarantee any profit and is not liable for decisions made by the User based on the Service's data.

2. Plans and subscription

• Upon registration, the User is automatically granted a free trial period of 3 (three) days. The trial is granted once per User regardless of whether it was fully used, and independently of any later purchase of a paid plan.
• When the trial period ends, access to the paid features of the Service is suspended until a paid plan is purchased. The trial does not renew automatically: after 3 days the User must purchase a paid plan to continue.
• Because the trial period is free and no payment is made for it, the refund guarantee (Section 5) does not apply to the trial period.
• Paid plans: 7 days, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months. The 7-day plan is a paid plan and is not a continuation or variant of the free trial. Pricing for all paid plans is listed on the "Pricing" page.
• Paid plans differ in the set of available features and their duration.
• Payment tops up the User's internal balance. The subscription is activated and renewed by deducting the cost of the selected plan from the balance and remains active until the end of the paid period.

3. Payment procedure

Payment is made through the YooKassa payment service. Bank card details are entered on the payment service's side; the Provider does not receive or store card details. A fiscal receipt is issued in accordance with Federal Law 54-FZ and sent to the e-mail address specified by the User.

The prices listed on the "Pricing" page are not subject to VAT, as the Provider applies the simplified taxation system (USN) under Art. 346.11(2) of the Russian Tax Code.

4. Automatic renewal

If the User has enabled automatic renewal, the cost of the selected plan is automatically deducted from the User's internal balance at the end of the paid period. Bank card details are not stored or reused for this. If the balance is insufficient, the subscription is suspended and the User is notified of the need to top up the balance. Automatic renewal can be enabled or disabled in the account settings at any time. Automatic renewal is not available for the free trial period.

5. Refunds

The User may cancel a paid plan at any time and request a refund for the unused period in accordance with Art. 32 of the Russian Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights". The refund covers the actually unused portion of the plan, less the cost of Service already rendered to the User. To request a refund, the User should send a request to info@unistock.cloud. This section applies only to paid plans that have been paid for; the free trial period is not paid for and the refund guarantee does not apply to it.

6. Changes to the offer

The Provider may unilaterally change the terms of this offer, including pricing and the procedure for providing the Service. The current version of the offer is published on this page with the date of the last change. Changes do not affect subscription periods already paid for and not yet expired. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes the User's acceptance of the new version of the offer.

7. Claims and dispute resolution

Disputes and disagreements arising from this offer are resolved through negotiation, with mandatory prior compliance with a claims procedure. A claim must be sent in writing to info@unistock.cloud or to the Provider's registered address and will be reviewed within 30 (thirty) calendar days of receipt. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the claims procedure, it is referred to the court at the Provider's location or otherwise as provided by Russian consumer protection law.

8. Acceptance of the offer

Acceptance of this offer is indicated by checking the consent box and paying for the selected plan. Acceptance means full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of the offer, as well as the User Agreement and Privacy Policy.
