Partner Program Terms

This document describes the terms of the partner (referral) program of the Unistock service, organized by Unistock Platform LLC, INN 7802950539, KPP 780201001, OGRN 1247800021204, registered address: 194017, Saint Petersburg, Udelny Ave, 5 letter A, room 12-n office 2 (hereinafter — the "Provider"). Participation in the program is available to any registered Unistock user (hereinafter — the "Partner").

1. Referral link

On first visiting the "Partner" section of the account settings, the Partner is issued a personal referral link in the form unistock.cloud/i/{code}. A new user who follows the link and registers with the Service is attributed to the Partner as their referral. Attribution happens once, at registration, and does not change afterwards.

2. Reward accrual

• <b>Level 1 (direct referrals):</b> the Partner receives 10% of their direct referral's payments while having 0–4 active subscriptions among direct referrals, 20% at 5–19 active, and 30% at 20 or more active.
• <b>Levels 2–6 (referrals of referrals):</b> a reward is accrued down the chain to a depth of up to 6 levels, at 5%, 4%, 3%, 2%, and 1% respectively.

The reward rates listed apply as of the date of this document's revision and may be changed by the Provider unilaterally; the current terms are always available on this page.

3. Holding period

An accrued reward becomes available for withdrawal 30 (thirty) days after accrual. Until that period elapses, the amount is shown in the account as "on hold" and cannot be withdrawn — this is a standard anti-fraud measure used to check payments for refunds and bad-faith activity.

4. Withdrawal

• A withdrawal request is submitted in the account settings and must include the recipient's full name and phone number.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is 1000 (one thousand) rubles.
• The withdrawal amount cannot exceed the available (past the holding period) reward balance.
• Requests are processed manually and paid out within 10 (ten) business days from submission.

5. Anti-fraud

The Provider has the right to suspend reward accrual or decline a withdrawal request if signs of bad-faith use of the program are detected — in particular, a matching IP address or device fingerprint between the Partner and their referral (signs of self-referral). The decision is made based on a manual review.

6. Changes to terms

The Provider has the right to amend the terms of the partner program. The current version is published on this page. Continued participation in the program means agreement with the changes.
